Der Profilgummi B7-15-002 dient als unterer Türdichtgummi zwischen Schweller und Einstiegsleiste und ist für alle BMW 700 Modelle geeignet. Im Zuge einer Restauration sollten die meist verhärteten oder rissigen Originaldichtungen unbedingt ersetzt werden, um Wassereintritt und Rostbildung im Schwellerbereich zu verhindern. Pro Seite werden etwa 1,00 Meter dieses Dichtprofils benötigt, das sauber angepasst und fachgerecht befestigt werden sollte, um eine dauerhafte Abdichtung der BMW 700 Karosserie zu gewährleisten.
