Der Kolbenringsatz B6-01-0743 im Grundmaß 74,0 mm enthält alle für einen Kolben des BMW 600 Motors benötigten Ringe und stellt die Brennraumabdichtung sowie die Ölregulierung wieder her. Er eignet sich besonders für Motoren, deren Zylinder noch im Originalmaß liegen und im Rahmen einer Restauration lediglich gehohnt werden müssen. Durch saubere Ringnuten, korrekt eingestellte Ringstoß-Spalte und eine sorgfältige Montage lassen sich Kompression, Ölverbrauch und Laufkultur des Motors deutlich verbessern.
