The steering spindle 3-0864 for the BMW Isetta front axle transmits the rotational movement of the steering wheel to the steering mechanism and is thus a central element of the steering system. As part of a restoration, this used spindle should be carefully cleaned, inspected for wear and straightness, and installed only with a properly fitting spindle sleeve to ensure play-free and smooth steering.
