Die Einstellschraube Typ 4 (Art.-Nr. 1-0824) für den Schwinghebel des BMW Isetta Motors dient zur genauen Einstellung des Ventilspiels und versorgt über die durchgehende Ölbohrung die Lagerstelle mit Öl. Bei einer Motorüberholung oder Ventiltrieb-Restauration sollten eingelaufene Einstellflächen und ausgeschlagene Schrauben konsequent ersetzt werden, um Geräusche und ungleichmäßigen Verschleiß zu vermeiden.
