Der Übermaß-Kolben SM-048860 in der Maßgruppe 72,43–72,45 mm ist für überholte BMW Isetta 300 Motoren vorgesehen und stellt nach dem Ausschleifen des Zylinders wieder eine korrekte Kompression sicher. Im Rahmen einer Restauration sollten Zylinder, Kolben und Kolbenringe exakt aufeinander abgestimmt und das Einbauspiel präzise kontrolliert werden. Da der Kolben gebraucht ist und teils ohne Bolzen und Ringe geliefert wird, empfiehlt sich der Einsatz neuer Kolbenringe und ggf. eines neuen Kolbenbolzens.
