Der Kolben SM-048850 in der Maßgruppe 71,93–71,96 mm ist für den BMW Isetta Standard 300 ccm Motor vorgesehen und stellt dort Kompression und Kraftübertragung sicher. Bei der Überholung sollten Zylindermaß, Kolbenspiel und der Zustand von Ringnuten und Bolzenbohrung sorgfältig geprüft werden. Da es sich um ein gebrauchtes Teil handelt, das teils ohne Kolbenbolzen und Kolbenringe geliefert wird, sind passende Neuteile und eine sorgfältige Aufarbeitung vor dem Einbau empfehlenswert.
