Der Kolben SM-0485 (68,45 mm, 18 mm Kolbenbolzen) von Mahle/Nüral/Kolbenschmidt ist passend für den Standard-Motor der BMW Isetta 250 ccm sowie für die BMW R24, R25, R25/2 und R25/3. Im Zuge einer Motorrestauration ermöglicht er die Wiederherstellung von Kompression, Leistung und Laufruhe, sofern Zylinder und Kolbenspiel fachgerecht aufeinander abgestimmt werden. Besonders wichtig sind die Kontrolle der Laufflächen, der Kolbenringnuten und der Kolbenringe, um typische Verschleißprobleme wie erhöhten Ölverbrauch und Blow-by zu vermeiden.
