Der linke Blattfederhalter SH-0840 hält in der BMW Isetta Standard die Blattfeder an der Hinterachse in Position und leitet die Kräfte in Rahmen bzw. Karosserie ein. Im Rahmen einer Restauration sollte dieses gebrauchte, ungeprüfte Teil sorgfältig auf Korrosion, Risse und ausgeschlagene Befestigungspunkte geprüft und gegebenenfalls instand gesetzt werden, um die originale Fahrwerksgeometrie wiederherzustellen.
