for Dynastar, expertly reconditioned wizhout rotor, with new brushes and new Bosch breaker contacts. All cables and wires were replaced as necessary. The collector of the rotor was turned off when needed, trimmed and then the system was tested statically and dynamically, for 100% functionality.

Der Stator B7-18-00400 für die Dynastartanlage des BMW 600 wurde komplett generalüberholt, mit neuen Kohlebürsten und Bosch-Unterbrecherkontakten ausgestattet und nach Herstellervorgaben geprüft. Damit ersetzt er verschlissene Originalteile, bei denen Bürsten, Kontakte und Kabelisolierungen häufig zu Start- und Ladeproblemen führen. Für eine fachgerechte Restauration ist die sorgfältige Montage mit einwandfreien Masse- und Steckverbindungen entscheidend, um die Zuverlässigkeit der BMW 600 Elektrik langfristig sicherzustellen.
