The protective tube 1-0560, approximately 55 mm in length, protects and guides the pushrod in the BMW Isetta engine and ensures proper oil flow and sealing. During restoration, worn or corroded protective tubes should be consistently replaced to prevent leaks and consequential damage to the valve train.
