Die Bremstrommel B7-07-0726 (geführt unter B7-06-092) ist für Vorder- und Hinterachse des BMW 700 vorgesehen und bildet zusammen mit den Bremsbacken die funktionale Einheit der Trommelbremse. Für eine sichere Restauration müssen Trommeln auf Rundlauf, Innenmaß, Risse und Korrosion geprüft und bei Überschreiten der Verschleißgrenzen ausgetauscht werden. So bleibt die Bremsanlage des BMW 700 technisch einwandfrei und originalgetreu erhalten.
