Dieses Saugrohr mit Ölsieb und Haltebügel (Art.-Nr. B7-01-0721) gewährleistet im BMW 700 Motor eine korrekt positionierte und saubere Ölansaugung aus der Ölwanne. Der Haltebügel verhindert Lageveränderungen des Rohres, die bei Vibrationen oder unsachgemäßer Montage zu Öldruckproblemen führen können. Im Rahmen einer Motorrestauration sollte ein verschlissenes oder lose sitzendes Originalteil durch dieses Bauteil ersetzt werden, um die Schmierung dauerhaft zu sichern.
