The round-tube door frame (Part No. B6-07-0879) forms the supporting structure for the door hinges, door lock, and floor mounting on the BMW 600, thereby ensuring the correct position and alignment of the front door. Integrated cable routing tabs allow wires to be routed neatly and protected within the door area, which is particularly advantageous during a complete restoration. When replacing a corroded original door frame, alignment, gap dimensions, and corrosion protection in the body shell must be executed with great care.
