The used, pre-painted 3.50" x 10" rim with part number B6-06-1512 is suitable for 5.20-10 tires and thus for the BMW 600; however, it was accepted as-is without inspection. As part of a restoration, runout, lateral and radial runout, as well as any material damage, should be checked, and the rim should then be balanced and repainted if necessary to ensure safe and visually appealing operation.
