Der Handbremshebel (Art.-Nr. B6-06-080) für den BMW 600 überträgt die Handkraft des Fahrers auf die Feststellbremse und ist damit ein sicherheitsrelevantes Bauteil. Im Rahmen einer Restauration sollte der gebrauchte, ungeprüfte Hebel gründlich auf Korrosion, ausgeschlagene Lagerstellen und Beschädigungen untersucht und gegebenenfalls aufgearbeitet werden.
