The push rod B6-06-061 with guide plate and a bolt center distance of approx. 135 mm is used in the linkage of the BMW 600 to transmit axial forces without play and is precisely guided by the guide plate. For a professional restoration, the straightness, dimensional accuracy of the bolt spacings, and wear on the eyes and guide plate must be checked. Damaged or worn push rods should be replaced to ensure precise and quiet operation and shifting.
