The B6-06-015 bottom valve in the ATE master brake cylinder of the BMW Isetta regulates the return flow of brake fluid and ensures a defined residual pressure, thereby improving the brake response. During restorations, an intact bottom valve is important to prevent grinding brakes and uneven braking performance. Replacement is particularly recommended in cases of corrosion, contamination, or aged sealing components in the valve.
