The B6-05-100 silent block elastically mounts the shift lever to the transmission of the BMW 600 and dampens vibrations and noise in the shift linkage. During restoration, brittle or cracked rubber inserts are replaced with this silent block to restore a precise and play-free shifting feel. Replacing it in a timely manner prevents consequential damage to the shift linkage and transmission mounts.
