Die Bremsankerplatte B6-04-128 für hinten rechts bildet beim BMW 600 die tragende Struktur der Trommelbremse und nimmt Radbremszylinder, Bremsbacken und Federn auf. Für eine fachgerechte Restauration sollten Korrosionsschäden, ausgeschlagene Anlageflächen und schwergängige Einsteller beseitigt und alle Anbauteile überholt oder erneuert werden. So wird eine gleichmäßige Bremskraftverteilung und ein sicherer Betrieb der Hinterachse gewährleistet.
