The empty brake adjuster housing B6-04-0771 (inventory number 3-0711) provides a stable guide for the adjustment spindle and pressure plates of the drum brake on the front axle of the BMW Isetta. During restoration, a warped, cracked, or heavily corroded original housing must be replaced to prevent play in the adjuster and uneven braking performance. Existing, tested internal parts can be reused in the new housing or supplemented with new parts to ensure precise and long-lasting adjustment functionality.
