The front coil spring B6-04-0385 for the BMW 600 is a used, untested original part that has been glass bead blasted and electrogalvanized, and is thus cosmetically refurbished. It supports the vehicle’s weight on the front axle and absorbs road shocks; however, due to its used condition, it may exhibit signs of material fatigue or sagging. As part of a restoration, this spring should therefore be carefully inspected for cracks and correct spring length before installation and ideally installed in pairs to ensure symmetrical vehicle alignment.
