Der Luftfilter B6-02-001930 mit Stahlgeflecht von Knecht ist für die BW Motoren 403, 403c und 425 ausgelegt und sorgt im BMW 600 Vergasermotor für saubere Ansaugluft und geringen Verschleiß. Im Rahmen einer Restauration sollte das Stahlgeflecht sorgfältig gereinigt, das Gehäuse auf Korrosion geprüft und die Befestigung mit neuen Dichtungen montiert werden. So bleibt der Luftdurchsatz im Originalbereich und der Motor arbeitet zuverlässig und materialschonend.
