Die Kupplungsdruckplatte B6-01-144 von Fichtel & Sachs mit 160 mm Durchmesser ist als Neuteil im Austausch ideal für die originalgetreue Instandsetzung der Kupplung im BMW 600. Sie stellt die korrekte Anpresskraft auf die Kupplungsscheibe sicher und verhindert so Rutschen oder Rupfen der Kupplung im restaurierten Fahrzeug. Im Zuge einer Restauration sollte die Druckplatte grundsätzlich mit Kupplungsscheibe und Ausrücklager gemeinsam erneuert werden, um eine dauerhaft zuverlässige Kraftübertragung zu gewährleisten.
