Das gebrauchte Ölpumpenzahnrad mit 42 Zähnen (Art.-Nr. B6-01-1245, Fert.-Nr. 10211080604 KN) treibt im BMW 600 Motor die Ölpumpe an und ist damit direkt für den Aufbau des Schmieröldrucks verantwortlich. Bei einer Motorüberholung sollte dieses Bauteil gründlich auf Verschleiß und Beschädigungen untersucht und bei Zweifeln durch ein neuwertiges Teil ersetzt werden.
