Der Kolbenringsatz 75,0 mm, 2. Übermaß (Art.-Nr. B6-01-0745) dient im BMW 600 Motor zur Wiederherstellung der Brennraumabdichtung bei auf Übermaß gehonten oder gebohrten Zylindern. Bei einer Motorüberholung ersetzt er verschlissene Originalringe, verbessert Kompression und Ölverbrauch und ist besonders wichtig, wenn der Zylinder bereits auf das 2. Übermaß bearbeitet wurde. Sorgfältige Kontrolle von Zylinderdurchmesser und Ringstoßspiel ist für eine dauerhafte und restaurationsgerechte Funktion unerlässlich.
