The ready-to-install B6-01-072 piston from Mahle, Nüral, or Kolbenschmidt, with a base diameter of 73.94/73.95 mm, replaces worn original pistons in the BMW 600 engine and restores compression and performance. During a motorcycle restoration, the cylinder bore, piston clearance, and ring gap should be carefully checked and adjusted to prevent piston seizure and increased oil consumption. The included piston rings, piston pin, and retaining rings enable a professional, complete rebuild of the piston assembly.
