Der originale Kunststoff-Schalldämpfer (Art.-Nr. 5-1300) für die BMW Isetta ab Fg.-Nr. 400401 dämpft Strömungsgeräusche und verteilt die Warmluft über zwei Anschlüsse für 42-mm-Warmluftschläuche. Bei der Restauration ist es wichtig, gebrauchte Teile sorgfältig auf Risse und ausgebrochene Stutzen zu prüfen und die Schläuche spannungsfrei zu montieren, um Undichtigkeiten und Pfeifgeräusche zu vermeiden. So bleibt die Heiz- und Geräuschfunktion des Fahrzeugs möglichst originalgetreu erhalten.
