Die Gummi-Schutzkappe 5-085 für die BMW Isetta ersetzt gealterte oder rissige Originalkappen und schützt die entsprechenden Fahrgestellkomponenten wieder zuverlässig vor Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit. Bei der Restauration sollte die alte, verhärtete Kappe vollständig entfernt und die Kontakt- oder Lagerstelle gereinigt werden, bevor die neue Kappe montiert wird. So wird sowohl die Funktion als auch die originale Anmutung im Unterbodenbereich wiederhergestellt.
