Die obere Bremsbackenfeder Art.-Nr. 4-119 für die BMW Isetta Hinterachse stellt das Rückholen der Bremsbacken sicher und hält das notwendige Lüftspiel zur Bremstrommel ein. Im Rahmen einer Restaurierung sollten ermüdete oder korrodierte Federn konsequent erneuert werden, um Schleifneigung und ungleichmäßige Bremswirkung an der Isetta zu vermeiden.
