Das Fußhebelwerk 3-0858 für die BMW Isetta Vorderachse überträgt die Fußkräfte des Fahrers über Hebel und Spindel präzise auf die angebundenen Lenk- oder Bremskomponenten. Bei einer Restauration sollten alle Gelenke, Lager und die nummerngleiche Spindel-Spindelhülse sorgfältig gereinigt, auf Verschleiß geprüft und gegebenenfalls neu gebuchst und geschmiert werden, um Spiel und Schwergängigkeit zu vermeiden.
