The front wheel hub (Part No. 3-0412) for the BMW Isetta is supplied without wheel bolts and is designed for a sheet metal cap without threads. During restoration, the bearing surfaces, the holes for the wheel bolts, and the sealing areas should be checked in particular for wear, corrosion, and warping. By installing new bolts and bearings, the original front axle design can be restored to technically flawless condition.
