The reverse gear selector lever 2-093 (part number 2-99998) is a central shifting component in the BMW Isetta transmission and transmits the movement of the shift lever to the reverse gear. For restoration, bearing seats, bores, and lever geometry must be carefully inspected, straightened or reworked as needed, and protected against corrosion. The used part is particularly suitable as a basis for an overhaul or as a source of parts for a transmission repair.
