The throttle shaft B6-02-1322 (length 114 mm, Ø 8 mm, threaded on both ends) is used for the precise mounting and actuation of the throttle valve in carburetors, presumably types 403, 403C, or 425. During restoration, it replaces worn-out or bent original shafts, which often cause air leaks and rough engine running. Thanks to this dimensionally accurate reproduction, the carburetor system on the BMW 600 can be restored to its original condition, free of play and true to the original.
