The aluminum sealing ring B6-02-036 reliably seals the mixing tube in the BMW 600 carburetor against fuel and air leaks, thereby ensuring a clean fuel-air mixture. During restoration, the old sealing ring—which is often hardened or corroded—should always be replaced to prevent leaks and air ingestion. A new sealing ring contributes significantly to stable engine operation and the operational reliability of the restored vehicle.
