The B6-01-0120 bearing bushing (BMW No. 11110001861) with an oversize fit is intended for reconditioned, ground-out bearing seats in the BMW 600 engine, where it restores a dimensionally accurate plain bearing. During restoration, the worn seat is machined and then fitted with this oversize bushing to eliminate play and ovality. After press-fitting, the bushing should be adjusted to the final target dimension to ensure optimal bearing clearance and a long service life.
