This complete oil pump in a short version without an oil strainer (Part No. 1-17225) is designed for BMW Isetta engines with the corresponding housing and ensures the necessary oil pressure in the lubrication system. For a long-lasting engine restoration, the use of a dimensionally correct, leak-free, and low-wear pump is crucial to prevent pressure loss and consequential damage to bearings and sliding surfaces. When installing, ensure that the oil passages are clean and that the oil strainer in the oil pan is in perfect condition.
