Der obere Federteller 1-089 (B6-01-110) stützt im BMW Isetta Motor die Ventilfeder ab und nimmt die Keilkegelhälften zur Fixierung des Ventilschafts auf. Im Zuge einer Zylinderkopf-Überholung sollten eingelaufene oder korrodierte Federteller ersetzt werden, um eine sichere Federführung und die originale Ventiltrieb-Geometrie wiederherzustellen.
