Der vordere Profilgummi SK-083 für das Standardverdeck der BMW Isetta dichtet die Verbindungsstelle zwischen Verdeck und Karosserie ab und verhindert das Eindringen von Wasser und Zugluft. Im Rahmen einer Restauration sollten verhärtete oder rissige Altprofile konsequent ersetzt werden, da nur ein intakter Gummi die ursprüngliche Dichtwirkung und Geräuschdämmung sicherstellt. So wird das Verdeck wieder funktionssicher und optisch originalgetreu hergestellt.
