Das verchromte Zierblech (Art.-Nr. B7-16-999) fasst beim BMW 700 das Emblem auf der Kofferraumhaube ein und sorgt für eine saubere, werksnahe Optik am Heck. Im Zuge einer Restauration wird ein beschädigtes oder unterwandernd verchromtes Originalteil häufig ersetzt, um Rostansätze zu beseitigen und die Linienführung der Heckpartie wiederherzustellen. Ein passgenaues Zierblech ist dabei entscheidend, damit Emblem und Blechübergänge korrekt ausgerichtet sind.
