Diese vordere linke Zierleiste (Art.-Nr. B7-16-0962) mit breitem Profil und ca. 920 mm Länge stellt die originale Linienführung an der Seitenwand des BMW 700 LSL/LSC wieder her und schützt gleichzeitig die Karosseriekante. Bei einer Restauration sollte die Leiste auf Dellen, Korrosionsspuren und verbogene Halter geprüft und gegebenenfalls gerichtet und poliert werden, um ein stimmiges Gesamtbild zu erzielen.
