The oil pan reinforcement ring (Part No. 1-0295) for the BMW Isetta stiffens the oil pan flange and ensures even contact pressure on the oil pan gasket. During engine restoration, it helps compensate for warped or dented sealing surfaces and effectively prevents oil leaks. This mechanically relieves stress on the Isetta engine’s oil pan and keeps it permanently sealed.
