The outer front right sill (Part No. B6-07-1910) replaces corroded or damaged sill areas on the BMW 600 and restores the body’s load-bearing function in the side section. During restoration, the rusted section is cut out, the repair panel is precisely welded into place, and then treated from the inside and outside with rust protection and cavity sealant. Careful alignment is crucial to maintain the original door fit, gap dimensions, and body rigidity.
