The B6-07-1660 sliding window trim for the BMW Isetta forms the vertical guide between the fixed side window and the sliding window and also provides a seal against wind and water. During restorations, it replaces worn or hardened original strips, which often lead to rattling windows and leaks. Due to the incorrectly glued sealing lip, this B-grade item is technically usable but requires particularly careful assessment and adjustment by an experienced bodywork specialist.
