Der Draht B6-05-138 dient als Innenzug im Starterzug des BMW 600 und überträgt die Betätigung vom Chokehebel auf die Kaltstarteinrichtung des Vergasers. Bei der Restauration kann damit ein korrodierter oder gerissener Originalinnenzug gezielt ersetzt werden, während die vorhandene Seilhülle weiterverwendet wird. So lässt sich die Funktion des Chokes originalgetreu und kosteneffizient wiederherstellen.
