The B6-04-028 cap (D 42 mm) is used on the control arms of the BMW 600 and BMW 700 to securely close and seal openings and bearing areas. During restoration, it replaces rusted or lost original caps and prevents dirt and moisture from entering the swing arm bearings. This significantly extends the service life of the chassis components in these classic BMWs.
