The clutch flange for the rear axle shaft, with part number B6-03-1265, is a used, untested original part from the drivetrain of the BMW 600 and transmits torque from the transmission to the rear axle shaft. For reliable use in a restoration, mating surfaces, bores, and sealing areas must be thoroughly inspected and, if necessary, reconditioned, as typical damage such as wear marks and corrosion can lead to vibrations.
