The drive shaft B6-03-0248 with centering pin is a new replacement part for the BMW 600 transmission and may also be suitable for the BMW 700; it precisely transmits torque from the transmission to the rear axle. The centering pin ensures precise alignment and reduces vibrations and wear in the drivetrain. During restoration, all adjacent bearings and seals should also be overhauled to fully utilize the benefits of the new shaft.
