The air duct on the lower right with a 45-mm hole and outer skin recess (B6-01-1616) ensures the proper flow of cooling air or fresh air in the BMW 600 engine compartment. For a faithful restoration, the shape, hole diameter, and cutout must be precisely maintained, and the sheet metal must be carefully derusted, straightened, and preserved to reproduce the factory airflow.
