The used flywheel B6-01-1455 for the BMW 600 is designed for a 160-tooth drive disc and also provides the running surface for the 52-mm crankshaft oil seal. As part of a restoration, friction and sealing surfaces should be carefully inspected, reground if necessary, and the flywheel checked for cracks and imbalance to ensure long-term clutch function and sealing.
