The crank shaft has been generally overhauled in a precision shop/ specialized company for BMW crank shafts. If necessary, the bearing seats were set to increased measure by industrial hard chrome plating, followed by grinding to nominal dimension. All bearings including the connecting rod were replaced by original BMW new parts.

The fully reconditioned crankshaft B6-01-0530 for the BMW 600 is supplied with new original BMW connecting rods and roller bearings and is machined to nominal dimensions and concentricity in a specialized precision workshop. Hard chrome plating and regrinding of the bearing seats eliminate typical wear damage and lay the foundation for smooth, long-lasting engine operation as part of a classic car restoration. With part number B6-01-0530, a nearly like-new crankshaft assembly is now available for the BMW 600 engine.
